On the subject of binary watches...
Journal Entry: Thu Mar 30, 2006, 11:49 AM
Ok, so there are two rows of lights, right?
The top row has four lights, and the bottom has 6.
They are numbered in binary code, like this:
8(o) 4(o) 2(o) 1(o)
32(o)16(o)8(o)4(o)2(o)1(o)
Imagine the numbers in superscript, and smaller.
Binary goes from right to left, and doubles with each digit (I hope you already noticed).
So when the lights 4 + 2 are on at the top, I know its the 6th hour, and if the lights
32+1 are on also at the bottom, I know it is 6:33. TADA!
*checks watch*
Damn I love this watch...
